About SUHIL Machinery
We design and build automated walnut cake and taiyaki machines in Seoul, and have supplied Korea's confectionery trade since 1954.
Our story
From Korea's early bakery molds to automated lines worldwide
SUHIL was founded in Seoul in 1954 as Suh-Il Industrial Company. We were among the first in Korea to manufacture bread molds, and we pioneered the fish-shaped mold that became taiyaki.
In the 1970s and 1980s we moved from molds to machines, developing semi-automatic and then fully automatic walnut cake production lines. Since the early 2000s our machines have been exported to more than 30 countries, with CE certification and NSF-listed components.
SUHIL remains a family-run manufacturer. Every machine is built in our own factory, and the people who design them are the people who support them.

How we work
Our principles
Built around the customer
A snack is a small pleasure. Our machines let you serve it reliably, hundreds of times a day.
Baking, engineered
Temperature, timing and batter handling are built into the machine, so results do not depend on the operator.
Long-term relationships
Most of our customers are family businesses. We give direct advice and support for the life of the machine.
Certifications and quality

Food-contact components and electrical safety verified for export markets.
