What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, the machines you are interested in and your message. We also record a hashed IP address and a timestamp to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support your order. We do not sell or share it with third parties other than the email service that delivers the message to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
