What payment terms do you offer?
We accept telegraphic transfer (TT) and letter of credit (LC). The payment schedule is agreed with each order.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the specification and the quantity ordered, and is confirmed with your quote. International shipping time is additional.
What after-sales support do you provide?
SUHIL machines use mechanical mechanisms rather than electronic sensors, so failure rates are low and repairs are straightforward. Every shipment includes a spare parts kit, additional parts are available on order, and operator training covers routine maintenance.
